  21. Spread the mousse evenly by tapping the pan with hands lightly.
  22. Pour 1 tbsp of whipped cream in the center and few on sides of the mousse.
  23. Make swirls or designes with toothpick.
  24. Do not overdo it…otherwise it will mix with the mousse.
  25. Keep the pan in the fridge to set.
  26. When it is set properly remove the base from the pan carefully.
