  1. Take 4 slices bread
  2. Take 1/2 cup milk
  3. Prepare Pinch baking soda
  4. Take 2 cups water
  5. Prepare 200 grams sugar
  6. Get 2 Cardamoms
  7. Take As required Refined oil for frying

They are delicately soft, delicious, melt in the mouth, deep fried bread balls dunked in a cardamom infused sugar syrup. For making jamuns, make balls and flatten.

Instructions to make Bread balls (Gulab jamun):
  1. Cut the sides of the bread.
  2. Put in it milk and baking soda.
  3. Make a tight dough.
  4. Make small balls of the dough.
  5. Fry all the balls on low flame.
  6. For golden brown in colour.
  7. Take a pan put in it water, cardamom and sugar boiled for 10 mins.
  8. After 10 mins put in balls.
  9. Give rest for 10 mins on low flame.

Place a almond in the center and seal the edges together. Gently roll into a soft ball without any cracks. Gently place the balls and fry on medium flame till it turns golden color. Soak the Bread Gulab Jamun & Serve: Add fried gulab jamun balls and rose syrup in the sugar syrup. Drain on a paper-towel lined plate.
