  8. Make ready 2 cardamoms
  9. Get as required Desiccated coconut for garnishing

All the sugar come from Khajoor and Raisins and is loaded with nuts, perfect to satisfy your sweet cravings as well for the evening mini hunger. When I have guests over, I usually make Kesari Bath or Badam Barfi. You can't go wrong with either of these two. All you need to do is cook Almond flour in sugar syrup for a few minutes, and then roll it out, and cut it into desired shape.

  1. Peel dates and blend in a mixer. Chop all dry fruits finely. Take a pan and put ghee and add dates and saute for 5 min.
  2. Then take a pan and put ghee and add all dry fruits and roast it for 7 mins on low flame till colour change
  3. Than mix dates and all dry fruit together. Then take a thali and grease it with ghee than put mixture in thali and spread gently and cool it for 1 hour and cut into barfi shape and garnish with desiccated coconut and serve it.It is a very healthy dessert

We love pistachios and saffron flavor in the Burfi. Barfi with Condensed Milk Low on time. Instead of heating milk and sugar, use ready-made condensed milk. Heat the condensed milk in a heavy bottom pan. Do not heat for long as the condensed milk is already cooked.
