3. Ab low to medium flame py 35-40 minute ke liye chmcha wqfy wqfy sy hilaty rahen yahan tak ke mixture condensed milk ki tarah thick na ho jaye. Ab is mixture ko thanda honay ke liye rakh dain.
4. Ab ek bowl mein chilled whipping cream daalen aur isy 3-4 minute ke liye beat karein.
5. Ab is mein already jo mixture banaya wo add kar dain. aur 5 minute tak beat karein ta ke wo achay sy mix ho jaye.
6. Ab do plastic ke containers lain. Dono mein yeh mixture dal dain.agr ap ke pas bara plastic container hai to phir ek mein b a jaye ga.
7. Is ke ooper butter paper rakh dain. Is tarah icecream mein crystals nahi banengy. Aur phir isko dakan sy tightly cover kar dain.
8. 6-7 ghanton ya overnight isko freezer mein rakh dain.
9. Scoop ki madad sy nikal ke serve karein.

This Indian eggless ice cream recipe requires only few ingredients such as full fat milk, condensed milk,sugar and mixed nuts. Saffron strands are optionally used for color.
