Wen it cools down u can also add 2 tbsp of blended mango pulp into the rabri so that it becomes mango rabdi. But that is again optional.
  3. Now fill the rabri inside the mangoes with the help of a glass very slowly and carefully. Now cover the top of the mango with the upper skin which you have removed earlier. Place them inside a glass and keep them in a refrigerator (deep freezer) for freezing for about 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Now after removing them from the freezer, peel of the skin & cut into round slices and serve them chilled.
