  4. Stir in dry ingredients then pour into prepared pan
  5. Bake 40-45 min or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean
  6. While brownies baking prepare glaze in sauce pan. melt together butter, chocolate chips, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat Whisk in vanilla and icing sugar
  7. Pour glaze over baked brownies upon removal from oven. Cool 10 min. Serve warm

In these zucchini brownies I replaced half of the oil with applesauce, used whole wheat flour, no eggs, and used shredded zucchini in the batter. The zucchini provides enough moisture for the brownies. The zucchini in these brownies creates a beautifully fudgy texture, adds richness and so much moisture, not to mention nutritional benefits!
