  2. Take 4 large eggs
  3. Make ready 2/3 cup castor sugar

  8. Get 1 cup ready to whip whipping cream

Remove the paper, and place meringue on a flat serving plate. Fill the center of the meringue with whipped cream, and top with kiwifruit slices. Today we're talking all things pavlova. Instructions to make small pavlova:
  1. to prepare pavlova : preheat oven 150°F celcius for 15 minutes
  2. beat white eggs, and when its bubble, add sugar and beat again until the mixture at its soft peak n shiny (stick upside down bowl test)
  3. add vanilla extract, beat for a while n off the beater.
  4. add the vinegar and corn flour, and mix them up using a spatula.
  5. to bake : prepare baking sheet with 6 small circle drawn at the back of the sheet. and pour the mixture carefully on to the sheet n shape it.
  6. put in the baking tray in the oven and reduce the temp. to 130°F celcius. bake for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
  7. when the pavlova is baked, leave it to cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
  8. for topping : whip the ready to whip cream until smooth, and soft. put it on top ur cooled pavlova with chops of fruit of ur choice.n its done!

Pavlova is a favorite Irish dessert, with fresh fruit and whipped cream used to decorate a meringue base. It's crisp, sweet crust contrasts deliciously with a soft, light center.
