  8. Prepare 1 tsp Cardamon

Steps to make Bundi Payesh:
  1. Heat a pan
  2. Add ghee
  3. Fry the cashew, and keep aside
  4. Now in the same pan add amul taza and mithaimade
  5. Put some bay leaves and cardamon and keep on boiling until it becomes thick
  6. Then add bundiya and stir for sometime
  7. Put the flame off and serve when it cools down

This is a Bengali style Dessert made with Rice. The jalebi caviar was like crushed bundi we have as prashad and was accompanied by rabri and saffron foam. Ashen kulfi, made with ashes of banana stem, was like a surprise. It was grey in color and was just sweet with a comforting smokey taste. The levitating white chocolate balls were the show stopper and had a liquid filled center with Raspberry coulis.
