  4. Prepare 50 gms Dark Chocolate

  2. Heat until the boil comes, as soon as it boils, add 1tbsp vinegar and after the curd starts forming, add another 1 tbsp vinegar to form a proper "Chhena". Strain for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Blend it in a jar WITH MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE & SUGAR to smoothen the crumbs. Your paste will look like this
  4. Now make round-flat shape (with your greased hands) like a Sondesh mithai and refrigerate it for 1 hour, the dark Chocolate will stiffen the sondesh a bit, yet leaving the smooth texture
