Rājmā or Rāzmā is a vegetarian dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, consisting of red kidney beans in a thick gravy with many Indian whole spices. Ragi and Sago Payasam is a wonderful creamy dish, rich in taste and engulfed with cardamom flavor refreshing dessert delight to the palate. Rajma chawal, the staple food for Punjabi's if you visited Delhi you can find rajma chawal everywhere during lunch time. Rajma (kidney beans) slow cooked and simmered with spices.

Steps to make Rajma payesam:
  1. Take a bowl add rajma & water for 2 hrs
  2. Take a pan add milk.wait for some time
  3. Fry the nut.& boil some chow or noodles.
  4. Take a cooker add rajma & mug dal & water.give 10 whistle.
  5. Paste the rajma & moong daal.
  6. Take a pan add ghee & bay leaf.add rajma moong daal paste wait for some time.
  7. Add milk.cover the pan for some time.
  8. Add nuts, kishmish, sugar, elaichi & long powder, chow/ noodles, sugar, rose water.
  9. After some time switch off the gas.
  10. Serve in a bowl. Garnish with rajma, kishmish, nut.
  11. Rajma chow payesam is ready to serve.
