  2. Make ready 7-8 kesar strings

  4. Get 50 gm sugar powder
  5. Prepare 5 cardamom
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp crushed pista powder
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp pista for garnishing
  8. Take 1 red colour candy

The sweet is made with milk, citric acid, pistachios, and sugar. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste. Now allow it to cool and then make small balls of the mixture into desired shape using hands. Garnish with dry fruits (badaam, pista) and saffron (kesar) or edible color (as shown in the images below).

Steps to make Kesar Pista Sondesh:
  1. Boil full fat milk. add lemon juice slowly. off the flame. and stir with spoon when milk curdle properly, put another vessel and muslin cloth on a vessel.and pour mixture add normal water 1/2 glass on a curdle mixture
  2. Now take a mixture on a plate and mash with fingure tips 4-5 mins. Now take nonstick pan and roast a mixture on a slow flame add kesar. let it cool.
  3. Now add sugar powder cardamom powder and pista powder mix properly. and give heart shape or another whatever u like.
  4. Arrange like a flower. Set in a freeze for 1/2hr. Garnish with pista and kesar strings.
  5. Yummy delicious Kesariya Sandesh is ready to serve.

(Moulds of various designs for making sandesh are available in market and can be use to shape them) Ice cream Sandesh is a steamed dessert which is served as chilled (not frozen) been. It is made of chenna (cottage cheese) and sugar. Kulfi Malai Ice cream Sandesh is an enriched ice cream sandesh made of cottage cheese mixed with fresh cream and flavoured with kulfi malai mixture meaning saffron & pistachio. It tastes like Bengali Sandesh but the flavour will remind you of kulfi malai. No festival is complete without a sweet note.
