4. Using an electric mixer on low speed, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, the remaining melted butter & 1/2 cup brown sugar, the granulated sugar, eggs,half-half, cinnamon & nutmeg.Then spread into pie shell, smoothing the top
5. Bake on 350°f until a knife inserted in the cente of filling comes out clean, or crust is golden Brown…..you will enjoy it
