Then prepare for third layer by add remaining milk in another pot add 1 tsp vanilla essence and 4 tbsp sugar then dissolve 2 tbsp cornflour in some milk when milk comes to boil add cornflour mix in it cook till custard thick now layer on chocolate custard. Carefully add the layer that chocolate and vanilla custard not mix.
4. Now making fourth layer add coco powder sugar water butter and chocolate and mix all and cook on a low flame cook till it thickens now add on third layer
5. Now too it with whipped cream and Oreos
