After making this custard, I read the reviews and saw a comment relating this custard to a yeast infection. After eating this custard, I would like to tell you that if you follow the directions PROPERLY, it will NOT have the consistency of a yeast infection, although I'm not even sure what that looks like. My mother's recipe–eat on its own or pour over canned peaches or guavas or, my fave, bread pudding. If you are really grossed out by the possibility of flecks of egg white in your custard, you can either pass it through a fine-mesh sieve or substitute four yolks for the two whole eggs.

Instructions to make Cocomo custard:
  1. Dissolve custard powder in 1/2 cup and put remaining milk on stove
  2. Add sugar in milk when milk comes to boil add dissolve custard mix in it and stirring constantly when custard prepared pour in platter
  3. Then for chocolate sauce add all ingredients in a pan and cook till it thickens then pour it on prepared custard
  4. Now top it with whipped cream and cocomo biscuits

Sponge puddings and crumbles just wouldn't be the same without it! This will make a custard of a pouring consistency. IMPORTANT: In order to have a smooth (not lumpy) custard, use a heavy-bottomed saucepan, and stir constantly! If you have to walk away from the stove, remove saucepan from heat.
