If I'm just making plain vanilla frosting to pipe on cupcakes or frost a cake, I like to add an. This Swiss Meringue Buttercream is also perfect for frosting whole cakes and piping rosssettes too. Start piping from the bottom with the Swiss buttercream tinted to a bright pink color. The Swiss Meringue Buttercream frosting is lighter in sweetness compared to traditional American buttercream which makes the cake really shine with intense chocolate flavor.
