  10. Make ready 1/3 jar (I use a 280g jar) meridian crunchy peanut butter

Add the syrup to the melted butter or oil. Add the oats, raisins and seeds to a large bowl and mix well. Add the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey to a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat until the ingredients have all melted and started to bubble.

  1. Mix everything together except for the blueberries (these go on at the end). Pour into a greased greeseproof lined baking tray and bake for 20 mins approx on 160 (fan).
