  7. Get 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

This is no ordinary key lime pie though. The filling is cheesecake based and the combination of sweetened cream cheese and key lime is absolutely phenomenal. For authenticity, use Key limes for the fresh juice and peel. If needed, Key lime juice is available bottled. To soften cream cheese, simply let it come to room temperature.
