5. Stir in the salt, then add 2-3 tbsp water and mix to a firm dough. Knead the dough briefly and gently on a floured surface. let it chill and roll out to make a round dough. line a flat tin
6. Beat together the eggs,milk and seasoning (optional) and most of the cheese.
7. Fill a pastry case with meat and pour the beaten mixture over it.sprinkle on top with the remaining cheese.
8. Bake at 200degrees for 20minutes to 30 minutes.
9. Garnish the way you like.
