The ingredients needed to make Kulfi faluda:
  1. Prepare 1 liter Milk
  2. Get 1 tbsp Dry fruits like almonds and cashew nuts
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  4. Get 2 tbsp Sugar Add according to your taste
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Rose petals
  6. Get 1 cup Milk powder or you can buy kulfi mix (but in that case do not add sugar)
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Khoya (Dried Whole Milk)
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Roae syrup
  9. Take 1 tbsp Boiled vermicelli
  10. Prepare 1 pinch Turmeric Powder

One of the only main drawbacks of moving outside the country is that we miss all those scrumptious street food and chaats. Falooda, originally an Iranian drink, is very famous in Pakistan. In other countries, it is only eaten as Kulfi. Kulfi, introduced by the Mughals, tops off this refreshing drink.

Instructions to make Kulfi faluda:
  1. Heat milk, when it get boiled lower the flame.
  2. Grind all the dry fruits.
  3. Add grind ingredients in the same pan and keep stirring.
  4. Add dried whole milk and milk powder in the pan.
  5. Add a pinch of turmeric for it's traditional look, switch off the flame and let it cool down then add rose petals.
  6. Add it in kulfi mold.
  7. Refrigerate it for 12 hours.
  8. Boil vermicelli and refrigerate it.
  9. Take our kufli mold and plunge it under water and with the help of hand remove it.
  10. In a serving plate add this kulfi, sprinkle some vermicelli and drench it with rose syrup.
