  7. Add gelatin in cream Cheese mixture and mix well.
  8. Pout the batter in baking tray and heat hard on surface to remove any air bubbles.
  9. Spoon mango purre randomly on top and make a swirling pattern.
  10. Refrigerate overnight for best result.take out and it's ready to serve

I have made this cake thrice in this mango season. One of the favorite mango desserts at home and no wonder I end up making this delicious cheesecake. In my original recipe, you can use any whole milk yogurt, but for this mango cheesecake, I highly recommend using whole milk greek yogurt. It is thicker and works better in this recipe since we are also adding a fruit puree.
