It is prepared by combing the puree with cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk. Indian mango kulfi is a instant dessert that is made with condensed milk, mango pulp and cream.

Steps to make Mango Kulfi:
  1. Heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan and boil on a medium flame for 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally,off the gas and let it cool completely.
  2. Blend milk,mango puree and sweetened condensed milk in a blender till smooth.
  3. Then add the cream, cardamom powder and saffron. - blend till the cream is mixed and incorporated well in the mixture.
  4. Pour the mango kulfi mixture in kulfi moulds cover with a lid and keep in the freezer to set the kulfi.
  5. Once set, serve the mango kulfi as you want.you can serve kulfi with fresh mango pieces too.

Pour the mixture into a glass container. Scoop the mango kulfi into small bowls and top with rose petals and more saffron threads, if desired. Add the mango puree and mix well. Some people serve it with faloodeh or vermicelli noodles. Traditional kulfi is made by heating up full fat milk until it reduces down by one third of the original volume.
