  2. Aam ka upper ka crown cut karein aur knife ki madad sa seed ko mark ker lein. - Aam ka seed ko nikal lein (you can use a tong to remove the seed). - ap amm ko mid sy knife k madad sy cut kr ly ab is m sy seed ko nikal ly aur amm ko 2 pieces m convert kr ly.
  3. Aam ko kissi glass ya bowl mein rakh dein. - Khopra dal dein aur aam mein kulfi mixture ko dal dein (makes 3-4)
  4. Aam ko crown sa cover karein aur aam ko glasss ka saath he 10-12 hours or overnight kliya freeze ker lein.aur jo mid sy cut kiye hovy amm ko kesi b paper sy cover kr k cup k under rkh kr freeze kr ly
  5. Jab kulfi set ho jaye tou aam ki skin ko peel karein aur slices mein cut ker lein.
  6. Crushed badam dal ker serve karein. aur enjoy kry.
