  5. Get 4 Limes
  6. Take 300 ml Double Cream
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Icing Sugar

EDITED: I liked the combination of the oatmeal cookie crust with the pie filling, I just found the pie a little sweet. Remove key lime pies from liners and place on a baking sheet. In a medium heat-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. In a small bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and zest.

Steps to make Chocolate Key Lime Pie:
  1. Preheat oven to 160c
  2. Finely crush the biscuits, and add the melted butter.
  3. Press firmly into the base and sides of tin and bake for 10 mins. Once finished, leave to cool.
  4. Whisk the egg yolks and gradually add the condensed Milk.
  5. Add the juice and zest of 4 limes, leaving a little zest for later.
  6. Pour filling onto base and cook in the oven for 15 mins. Leave to chill in fridge.
  7. Whip the cream and add the icing sugar until firm. Pipe the cream on to the pie and sprinkle a little leftover zest on top.

Spoon chocolate over each key lime pie and top with. This pie is a weirdly delicious mashup of flavors. It channels desserts like this Sour Cream Lime Tart, my fave Vanilla Bean White Chocolate Cheesecake The main difference is today's key lime white chocolate cheesecake pie is mostly no-bake. And the whole thing comes together pretty darn fast. Classic key lime pie gets a fun twist, thanks to a chocolate graham cracker crust and a tangy whipped cream topping.
