2. Add the Flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Scoop the cookies dough to desired size and place on a tray lined with parchment paper or foil.
4. Meanwhile Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius before placing the tray in the oven.
5. Let them bake for 20 minutes.
6. For the buttercream, beat the softened butter thoroughly until it becomes fluffy.
7. In small potions mix in the icing sugar and add a tbsp of milk to make it softer.
8. Add the strawberry essence and food coloring to desired effect.
9. When the cookies are ready, let them cool before creaming with your buttercream.
