1. Is a recipe that my mum makes after big events f.ex Christmas cause we have a lot of chesses left! so i don't know excactly the portions of the ingridients!

3. Mix it and the start filling the pastry, roll it and in the end spray some egg to stick it
4. roll them and put them in the oven for45min aprx 180degr.
5. If you like it's nice to mix egg with milk and spray it on the top of the burek before the oven, also spray wit olive oil
