  7. Prepare 1 tb sp desiccated coconut powder
  8. Make ready 8-10 cashew
  9. Get 8-10 almonds
  10. Get 1 tb sp magaj
  11. Take 4-6 pistachio

This Daliya Kheer Is An Absolute Stunner! High-Protein Dessert: When we think of kheer, we immediately start thinking of the quintessential rice and milk dessert, whereas, there is actually no end to the kind of yumminess you can add to your kheer. A popular traditional Rajasthani delectable dessert. Very easy and quick to make with only a few ingredients.

Instructions to make Daliya Kheer:
  1. Take 1 bowl daliya. Dry roast in a pressure cooker for 2 minutes on low flame and when it turn pinkish add 2 tb sp pure ghee.
  2. Roast again for 2 minutes. Keep stirring, Now add 1 bowl of water and cover the lid and pressure cook till 1 whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
  3. Now open the lid and add chopped dry fruits, sugar, desiccated coconut powder, cardamoms powder and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add milk and stir well and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Continue stirring.
  5. Serve hot garnished with chopped almonds and pistachio.
