Steps to make Gud ki kheer:

1. Boil milk in a pan.

4. In another pan add 1/2 cup water and jaggery and allow it to melt.
5. Now when the kheer is almost done,add jaggery syrup to it using a strainer to avoid impurities.And remember to stir while adding jaggery syrup else the kheer might cuddle.
6. Now add elaichi powder
7. And finally switch off the flame.Let it sit for 5-10 mins.Then serve with nuts.
