5. Now preheat pressure cooker for 30 mins by removing whistle and rubber. Pour mixture in baking mould greased with oil or butter. Place mould in cooker and bake brownies for 30- 35 mins on low medium heat or until it pulls apart from edges.

If you want you could sprinkle some icing sugar on top. Crushed walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pecans, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chocolate chunks, dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc) Chocolate: Cocoa powder or solid chocolate are used in homemade brownies. If using all cocoa powder, you need more fat in the brownie batter because cocoa powder does not contain cocoa butter. My brownie recipe uses mostly solid chocolate with a little cocoa powder. Semi-sweet chocolate is best, though milk chocolate would be great for a sweeter brownie.
