  5. Steam the content for 30 minutes on low medium flame
  6. Switch off the flame and keep the cooker aside and let it cool
  7. Take out the container and chill it in the fridge for 10 minutes
  8. Remove from the fridge decorate it with chocolate sauce and pistachios, now serve.

Bhapa Doi or Baked Yogurt is Hung curd or Greek yogurt blended with milk and condensed milk and baked with a water bath in the oven or steamed on the stove top is a must have sweet dish in the Bengali weddings and special occasions like festivals etc. The best option for making Bhapa Doi is Greek Yogurt.
