  3. Pour milk into the mixture,mix well.Add smooth paste of custard apple /sitaphal pulp..again mix well.
  4. Grease the small steel katoris (cups)..with ghee. Pour laddle full of prepared yogurt mixture into them.
  5. Seal them tightly with aluminium foil as shown.
  6. Steam them for 15 mins in steamer. Cool completely. Refrigrate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve/ relish chilled Bhapa doi (custard apple / sitaphal flavoured) as dessert. You can also served it scoop of vanilla ice cream.
