  20. Put the mixture bowl in it
  21. Cover the lid of the bowl and water pot also.
  22. Steam the bowl during 20 min
  23. After steaming the sweet curd check by tooth peek
  24. When toothpeek will dry then the curd is ready.
  25. Keep the bowl in normal place
  26. Then, put it in freeze during 3 hrs
  27. After that,serve the vapa curd in to pieces in plate.
