2. Now add condensed milk and saffron milk and mix it well.In a meantime take a big vessel add 2 glass of water and heat it for steaming.
3. Now divide this mixture in to three parts.Add flavours in two mixtures.And one will remain plain.
4. Now take three steel bowls or katoris, grease them with little oil.Now pour these mixtures in a bowls.Garnish top with cutting pistachios, almonds.And in the chocolate mixture you can garnish with chocolate chips or shavings.And cover all the bowls with aluminium foil.
5. Now take a plate, place these bowls on it and steam it for 20 minutes at medium flame.And after cooling down,keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hours.After it, demold it and serve chilled.Our Bhappa Doi is ready to serve.Enjoy 😍🥰🤩
