  2. Prepare 113 gr unsalted butter
  3. Get 115 gr powdered sugar
  4. Prepare 3 large eggs
  5. Make ready 45 gr all purpose flour
  6. Get 1 tsp vanilla extract

Then melt chocolate and butter together (I like to do this in the microwave, but a double boiler would work well too!), and stir in the powdered sugar. Generously butter the pudding dishes, and dust the insides with cocoa powder. Put into the fridge while you make the filling. Melt the butter and chocolate in a glass bowl set over simmer in water - don't let the bowl touch the water beneath.

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray 5 custard cups with baking spray and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Microwave the butter and chocolate in a large bowl on high until the butter is melted, about 1 minute. Whisk until the chocolate is also melted.
  4. Stir in the sugar until well blended. Whisk in the eggs then add the vanilla. Stir in the flour.
  5. Divide the mixture among the custard cups.
  6. Bake until the sides are firm and the centers are soft, about 10-12 minutes. Let stand 2 minute.
  7. Invert on individual plates while warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.

Place the chocolate and butter into a glass or metal bowl and set over the top of a pan of barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; add icing sugar, caster sugar, flour and salt. Simply melt butter with chocolate in one bowl, no mixer is needed. Stir in sugar, eggs, instant espresso, and flour, then pour into ramekins and bake.
