The ingredients needed to make Mini Mango Tart:
  1. Take 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. Take 1/4 cup sugar
  3. Get 8 tbsp cold butter
  4. Make ready 3 tbsp ice water

  6. Get Pinch cinnamon powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp Mango essence
  8. Take 100 ml whipping cream
  9. Take 50 ml amul cream
  10. Make ready 1 Mango puree
  11. Get 1 Mango for decorating

Instructions to make Mini Mango Tart:
  1. For Crust - In a mixture jar combine flour, sugar mango essence, cinnamon powder and salt. Add butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing until moist clumps form. Gather dough into ball. Now flatten the ball into disk. Wrap disk in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm enough to roll, about 1 hour.
  2. Now roll the dough not to thick not to thin and place the dough in mini cupcakes mould, press dough onto bottom and up side of moulds. Trim dough level with rim of moulds; discard trimmings. Refrigerate or freeze tart shell 10 to 15 minutes to firm dough slightly before baking. Bake at 180°c for 20 to 25 minutes till golden crust is formed.
  3. Once the tarts are baked. Let it come to room temperature and start demoulding it.
  4. For filling - in a bowl add heavy whipping cream, mango puree & amul cream. Now beat this until stiff peaks are formed.
  5. On a serving plate, place these mini tarts, add this cream filling, decorate it with mango and garnish it with basil or mint leaves.
