  4. pour into greased cake tin and top with the sliced apples, then sprinkle with some coconut sugar. place in preheated oven on 170°F for about 50 mins or until cooked.
  5. NOTE: for gluten free cake, I used raw buckwheat from woolies and ground it with the bullet. You can also use normal sugar and oil, I just used the coconut stuff cos of the health benefits and it doesn't compromise the taste at all.
