1. Take flour,salt,soda, cinnamon powder together in a bowl.eggs,sugar,oil, vanilla essence in another bowl, add one egg at a time.
2. Mix dry ingredients in batches in the egg mixture.when done add Apple and carrot. Mix well
3. Pour it in a silicon mould to microwave, for 5 to 6 mins.
4. Coat an aluminum vessel with oil and dust flour, now pour the prepared cake batter.place in a ring in the cooker place the vessel on it cover the lid without whistle. or Dutch oven. cover and cook on medium heat for 30 min, preheat the empty cast iron vessel

Glaze And I made this carrot cake (among other things) to serve them. I even made it the day before so that it tasted better. You basically just mix the dry ingredients together with grated carrot, chopped apple and walnuts with a spatula. Then just by using manual whisk, you mix the wet ingredients and that's it.
