To a food processor, add the tofu, melted chocolate and maple syrup and blend until smooth. Transfer into serving glasses or ramekins and chill in the fridge for an hour or until it's set. Ripe bananas, coconut milk, and silken tofu make for a super creamy pudding with loads of flavor. Only the thick part of the coconut milk is used and is blended with the bananas, tofu, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.
