  18. Get 8-10 tablespoon hot water
  19. Prepare Sliced fruits of your choice

You will not use all of the glaze. Keep the tart in the refrigerator. This fresh fruit tart is the dessert equivalent of a well-tied elegant silk scarf, rather than lined up in precise rows, the fruit is arranged in a casual, accidental-looking style. All the tart components can be made in advance and assembled just before serving.

Steps to make Fresh Fruit Tart:
  1. Custard: Combine all the ingredients in a pot
  2. Place the pot on the gas stove and whisk till creamy on low heat
  3. Once done, let cool and refrigerate covered
  4. Tart shell: combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to form a crumble
  5. Then start to knead to combine into a dough(do not over knead)
  6. Sprinkle some flour on the working surface and add the dough on it
  7. Start to roll as per the shape of the tart pan(round/rectangular)
  8. Use the rolling pin to gently lift the rolled dough and place it on the tart pan
  9. Spread the dough evenly by gently pressing down and to the sides of the pan
  10. Discard any extra dough outside the pan
  11. Make fork marks on the dough and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
  12. Let cool completely and then demould the tart shell
  13. Combine hot water and gelatin in a small bowl and whisk well.keep aside
  14. Slice the fruits thin
  15. After the tart shell has cooled, add the custard on the tart and spread evenly
  16. Arrange the fruits as desired
  17. Refrigerate and serve chilled
