  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan,add the shallots and cook for 4 mins.Add the garlic .cook for one min,reduce the heat,Add the Apple,thyme and water and cook for 5 mins.
  5. spoon the mixture into the centre of the squares and top with cheese.Bake for 20 mins.nice with salad.
