1. Place 1.5 inch thick cake in a bowl.add honey for softened the cake
2. Using a blender wipe 3 egg white and 1/4 cup icing sugar.atleast 4-5 min.
3. Then wipe 250gms wiping cream along with the above mix about 4-5 min
4. Using double boiling method boil the chocolates(150gm white and 150gm dark), 3egg yolk,100 gm ofbutter
5. Add the melted mixture to above mix after cooling down and again wipe for 5-6 min
6. Pour the mixture above the cake layer and keep in fridge 3 hrs
7. After setting this crack the 5 butter biscuit and spread over it.
8. For the 3rd layer mix milk maid 1 cup,milk boiled and cooled 1 cup, coconut milk 1 cup.add double boiled gelatine to this mix for setting.then
9. Pour this mix above the 2nd layer
10. Again set for 1 hrs in fridge
11. Decorate using strawberry syrup
