No-Bake Key Lime Pie is one of my favorite summer desserts! With its creamy and tangy cheesecake filling this lime pie makes a perfect summer dessert that is refreshing and so flavorful. Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the crushed biscuits. The original key lime pie is made with - it is in the name - key limes, a smaller and tangier version of a normal lime.

Filling: Zest 2/3 limes (preferably in long strands) - And juice 4 of the limes - Whisk the 4 egg yolks untill light and creamy - Add the condensed milk while whisking - Add the lime juice little by little - Pour the filling in pre baked Shell and bake for about 15 minutes - - Add the zest, whipped cream and thinly sliced limes on top - (You could also candy some zest it Will give a nice crunchy)

I, however, used normal limes, because they were easier to find at my supermarket and it still turned out great. Key Lime Pie made healthier but just as delicious. Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the crushed biscuits. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice and condensed milk until smooth and creamy, then mix into the egg yolk mixture. Pour the mixture into the pie case.
