Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, nutella flan. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Mix eggs, evaporated milk, condense milk, nutella, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt on a mixer on low. Mix all ingredients in the blender. Pour into the pan with caramel sauce on bottom.

Steps to make Nutella Flan:
  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender
  2. Pour into the pan with caramel sauce on bottom
  3. Cook for 55 minutes at 350℉, check with a tooth pick in the center to be dry and slightly firm.
  4. For caramel sauce use a sauce pan and cook sugar and water until melted and change color to light brown ( caramel color)

The resulting flan is similar to the sponge (biskuit) flans that are available in groceries to buy.
