  3. Now spread the ice-cream. Again spread the remaining layer of the mixture on top of the ice-cream spread it evenly. Again spread the rest of the chocolate sauce.
  4. Decorate it with gems. Now keep it in the fridge for atleast 5-6 hrs. For best results overnite.

Make the whole cake ahead and freeze until ready to serve. Made with rich chocolate cake, cookie dough ice cream, and gobs of edible cookie dough! I used my favorite, no-ice-cream-machine-needed ice cream recipe. Ice cream cake is the perfect dessert for any special occasion, including Passover. Spread matzo crackers with rich chocolate ganache and crown them with chocolate and mint chip ice cream.
