  9. Freeze it overnight or at least for 4 hrs
  10. For caramel sauce heat a non stick pan.Add Brown sugar to pan and let it melt.
  11. After sugar is completely melted add warm cream mix well.
  12. Then add butter at low flame and incorporate in sugar and cream mixture
  13. Scoop out ice cream and serve with fresh apple and caramel sauce

Scoop ice cream and mound in pan. Drizzle caramel topping over entire surface, allowing caramel to seep into ice cream. Pack ice cream back into pan. Add a teaspoon of salt to the caramel sauce for a fun variation. Or pair this with caramel ice cream!
