  4. Heat oil in kadhai and fry the balls on medium to low flame
  5. Add these balls in sugar syrup and keep a side for half an hour.
  6. For rabdi,boil milk with sugar and saffron on medium to low flame approx half an hour or milk becames thick.
  7. Add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.cool this rabdi for half an hour or keep in refrigerator.
  8. In a plate place the gulab jamun, rabdi and garnish with mix fruits and dry fruits.
