The ingredients needed to make Atayef:
  1. Get White cheese
  2. Make ready 1 pack atayef breads
  3. Make ready Honey or chocolate
  4. Take Big pan

However way you prefer to eat it. Then they are deep fried or baked, dipped into an aromatic sugar syrup and left out to cool before eating. Atayef (kataif or قطايف) are thin and lacy stuffed Arabic pancakes. What sets these pancakes apart is that they are cooked only on one side, the other side is velvety because it is covered with bubbles, this allows the flavors of the filling to permeate the atayef.

Steps to make Atayef:
  1. Open the atayef box
  2. Get the cheese and shredded
  3. At 1 spoon of cheese into the atayef bread and fold it from the sides
  4. Do the same for the whole box
  5. Add them into the pan with a pinch of oil and on the oven for 5 seconds each one
  6. While they are finishing get the honey in a bowl small
  7. After they are done get the honey and add it on to of the atayef bread it should look like this
