  12. Carefully unroll cooled cake, carefully peel off parchment paper
  13. Fill Cake with Strawberry Ice Crea,
  14. Quickly spread softened strawberry ice cream onto cakes surface
  15. Roll cake up using cake roller to help and place seam side down on parchment paper, cover and freeze 7ntil frozen
  16. MAKE Whipped Cream Topping
  17. Beat Cream to soft peaks
  18. Add confectioner's sugar and vanilla and beat until firm peaks form
  19. Cover frozen cake roll with whippedcrea. Return to freezer and prepare chocolate drizzle
  20. Make Chocolate Drizzle
  21. Heat cream until hot but not boiling in the microwave or stove top. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit one minute, then stir smooth. Allow to cool 15 minutes
  22. Drizzle over cake, freeze until set
  23. Slice andServe with fresh strawberries

Trim the edges for a clean appearance. Pour the glaze over the top of the cake, allowing it to slowly and artistically drip down the sides. Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, or ice cream.
