  1. In a heavy bottomed pan add ghee and then add grated carrots, castor sugar and cardamom
  2. Sauté the mixture well
  3. Once the carrots are roasted enough add fresh thick milk.
  4. Bring the mixture to a nice boil and simmer it for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir the mixture continuously for about 10 minutes till it's half reduced (get thickened)

  8. Then in large sauce pan roast the carrots with castor sugar for a nice natural colour.
  9. In a blender add in the chopped carrots and blend it to a fine pate
  10. In a pre-heated bottomed pan add butter and then add blended paste and sauté it.
  11. Mix the mixture till it combine well.
  12. Add in few drops of vanilla essence/rose essence to a flavour kick.
  13. Mix the mixture well enough till it forms a thick sauce or reduced.

  15. In a large bowl add in the crumbled mixture of Oreo biscuits, ginger biscuits, and some ordinary light biscuits for making firm dough.
  16. Add in a fresh thick milk and vanilla essence and combine well.

  27. Now dust some icing sugar or powdered castor sugar on to the cake.
  28. Place the square shaped chopped caramel carrots in a garnishing way.
  29. Place the edible flowers made of sugar and colour essence.
