Transfer to a large bowl; stir in sugar. Add the flour, nuts, and chips, stirring until thoroughly combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. The brownies should feel set both on the edges and in the center.

  1. Beat Eggs and sugar together till fluffy & double in size.
  2. Add milk, oil and chocolate essence (can use vanilla essence if Chocolate essence is not available). Beat well.
  3. Now sift Baking powder, flour and cocoa powder in this Mixture and beat on slow speed till all Combine.
  4. Grease butter/oil in loaf tin or any shape tin (square, rectangular and loaf is best). Lined tin with butter paper and pour all batter in the tin.
  5. Bake it for 20 to 25 Minutes or until done (check by inserting toothpick, if comes out clean means it's done). Bake at 180° (360° F).
  6. Melt Chocolate with cream and butter to make smooth paste. Cool it and place it in fridge for settled down. When it's slightly thicken, pour that Chocolate ganach on top of the cooled cake browny.
  7. Sprinkle some milk chocolate shavings or chunks. Serve with tea or coffee.

In a small bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to chocolate mixture, beating after each addition. Place butter and chocolate in a large heatproof bowl. Gently melt the butter and the sugar together in a large pan. Once melted, take off the heat and add the.
