To make the white sauce, mix together the liquid from the strained mango filling and the condensed milk. Blend milk, eggs, butter, flour to form batter. Spray skillet with Pam or wipe oil around pan with napkin and heat.

Instructions to make Mango Crepe:
  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, water, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
  2. Be sure that the mixture is not thick. add water if needed.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/2 cup for each crepe. Brown on both sides and put on plate.
  4. Put sliced mango in the middle and roll, Serve with chocolate syrup.

This mango crepe recipe is definitely a sweeter take on the delicious dessert. The mangoes add a refreshing burst of flavor, making it perfect for the summer time. Want a different kind of mango crepe? Spread some banana and hazelnut praline or peanut butter inside. Invert crepe onto prepared baking sheet, and keep warm in oven.
